Meet CA Minhaj Majid Khan, Founder of Minhaj Khan & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 2007 a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is having domain knowledge in the area such as Company Law Matters, Direct & Indirect Taxes, International Taxation, Business Consultancy, System Audits, Business Compliances, Bank & Trust Audits, Tax Audits and Company audits. Over the years he has ably consulted several corporate and individual clients and also to Listed companies and also was on the Board of Directors as Independent Director. He is qualified for and enlisted in the panel of Independent Director under Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, under aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs. 

Meet CA Sagar Chandrashekhar Soman, Partner at Minhaj Khan & Co  (Chartered Accountants), a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), DISA (ICAI), Masters in International Business Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK ,With an illustrious career spanning over 18 years, Sagar possesses a wealth of expertise across diverse domains relating to HNI & NRI personal finance, including Income Tax, Financial Management, FEMA Compliance, Cross-border Investments, Auditing, Cash Flow Analysis, and Accounting. His professional journey encompasses tenures eminent establishments such as PwC and ELP. He has worked at Hamilton Pharmaceuticals, Manchester (UK) as Business Development Manager, Economic Law Practice (Mumbai) as International Trade Law Associate, and at PwC as Indirect Tax Associate.
